Invisible Mode

If you do not want any particular company to know that you’re looking for new job opportunity, you just need to enter the company’s registration number and your resume will be invisible to them.

How VJOB Works?

In VJOB, Jobseekers choose a bidding session to enrol for, with each bidding session which typically last for 90 days from:

  • January to March;
  • April to June;
  • July to September; and
  • October to December

This is to ensure only genuine jobseekers with up-to-date resume appear in our platform.

Employers who have the need to hire can log in to search for suitable candidates that match their requirements. For any preferred candidates that the employers wish to conduct further interview, the employer can extend an interview invitation via our state-of-art “Bid for Interview” mechanism.

Upon the candidate’s acceptance for interview, the candidate’s contact details will be visible to the employer who shall then call up for interview arrangement. The candidate has 48 hours to consider the invitation and to view the company background. If the candidate did not ACCEPT within 48 hours, the invitation will be auto-declined. This is to allow the employers to proceed with their offer to other candidates.

“Bid for Interview” is not a commitment to hire.

Jobseekers have 48 hours to Accept or Reject any “Bid for Interview”. Provide as much details as possible on your resume to increase your chances of being searched by the potential Employers. You can update your status to “Hired” to avoid further bids being placed to you.
